Portland Wellness Cooperative

Welcome to the Cooperative Space at 1250 Forest Ave, Portland, the “Portland Wellness Cooperative”. We have 8 spaces for rent that range in size from 100-200 sq ft, and range in rent from $375-$850 per month. We’re looking for practitioners in the broad wellness fields, such as (but not limited to) physical therapy, nutrition, psychotherapy, social work, acupuncture, massage therapy, reiki, reflexology, etc. to join our space.

This is a rental, not an employment arrangement. The space includes a kitchenette, client waiting area, separate bath facilities for practitioners and clients, WiFi, plenty of free parking, and all utilities. The community space upkeep is also provided. Practitioners are responsible for the interior of their rented space. Flooring, natural light, & private sinks vary by unit. The space is very quiet and located on the 3rd floor in the rear of the building, accessible by stairs or elevator. To reserve your space, a signed one-year lease and non-refundable first month’s rent are required.
