AUGUSTA (May 22, 2024)—Sales of single-family existing homes in Maine are
on a healthy rise. Maine Listings today reported a 17.51 percent jump in sales of
single-family existing homes across the state.

Maine Listings reports sales volume across Maine increased 3.5 percent during March 2024 compared to March 2023, with 888 single-family homes sold. The median sales price for homes sold reached $380,000 in March 2024, an increase of 12.59 percent over March of
last year.

I’m looking for practitioners in the broad wellness fields, such as (but not limited to) physical therapy, nutrition, psychotherapy, social work, acupuncture, massage therapy, reiki, reflexology, etc. to join our space. To be clear, this is a rental, not an employment arrangement. The space includes a kitchenette, client waiting area, separate bath facilities for practitioners and clients, WiFi, plenty of free parking, and all utilities. The community space upkeep is also provided, while practitioners will be responsible for the interior of their rented space. Flooring, natural light, & private sinks vary by unit. The space is very quiet and located on the 3rd floor in the rear of the building, accessible by stairs or elevator. To reserve your space, a signed one-year lease and non-refundable first month’s rent are required.
